Trump tests positive for Covid 19

You've read my mind about why this particular therapeutic drug is given to Trump and not any other drug especially the ones he's known to advocate online about or has attempted to push the FDA into approval.
Further, lets say he recovers...hope he does to prevent his conspiracy theorists from making him a martyr.
If he goes back to recommending those other therapeutic drugs...it does make us wonder if he has a financial interest with those drug makers or someone in his family has a financial interest with those other drug makers that has not be disclosed.
Yet, a full recovery should at least prompt him to fast track distribution / logistic centers for the therapeutic drug (antibodies) that his doctors used to treat him.

Or alternately it could mean those vaccines aren't designed to protect someone who has already been exposed, many vaccines aren't and some have to be in your system for some time before they're effective.
Still wondering where the ultraviolet light and bleach treatments are, and why did they stop the chloroquine treatment that Trump and all his disciples were pushing and claiming Democrat conspiracies against for several months but have since seemed to have forgotten?
Well said. Although I like trump's low taxes and better trade policies I was very disappointed with his handling of the pandemic. Also surprised at how many Americans don't take it seriously enough.... it's a serious threat.
Hopefully now people will be more careful. It'll likely wake some folks up.

Not funny to me after the government made a health crisis a political crisis.
Covid-19 should have never became a political event and the same will happen to a vaccine when/if one is approved by the FDA. Currently, about 40% say they will not take a vaccine because of the already political involvement by the government...Trump administration.

The good thing is that as of this minute...the trend is -11% from the two week average. We've seen that before...right before the big surge that trigger more restrictions, surging food prices and hoarding.

That was the first sign of trouble about how they will use it as a political event and not take it seriously. Today...7.3 million infected with 208,562 dead and the numbers are still increasing (43 dead since I last looked at the numbers from yesterday).

Infection rate rising, but death rate still falling. That signals herd immunity happening because less vulnerable people are getting infected and having mild to no outcomes. It's actually a good thing and the way all diseases have been successfully approached by society until the CV panic.
And 200k deaths? Check the CDC's recent statement - only 6% were definitively from Covid. Most had comorbidity, but Covid was written on the Death Certificate, meaning - they were dying already and just tested positive for CV. Maybe it accelerated it in some cases, but most of those people would have died within a few months.
Or that's the implication by the Center for Disease Control. Not that any of this is clear. Too much mud on the camera, imo.
Overall death rate falling not because of herd immunity.

The CDC recent statement...you've misinterpreted the comorbidity as if they did not have Covid-19.
Fact check - 1/3 of the population is walking around with an underlying medical condition. Now calculate how many millions represent 1/3 of the population and a large % do not know they have an underlying medical condition (e.g. high blood pressure). Now compare that number to the current infections / deaths for Covid-19...
- The numbers don't add up...not even close.
Your life expectancy is 82 years. Today, you become Covid-19 positive at 41 years old and then you're on a ventilator because of difficulty in breathing...next you're dead 21 days later.
Covid-19 caused your death regardless to those other underlying medical conditions that you've have. Remove the Covid-19 illness...you're still out enjoying your life and expected to live to 82 years of age.

Every one of us is "dying already". Literally over 100 million, with an M, Americans have some condition (diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure....) that quality as one of your "co-morbidity" factors. To ignore that fact and keep on with this "only 6% were definitely from COVID" bullshit as if it's meaningful in any way is not only the height of intellectual dishonesty but when you continue to parrot it you accomplish nothing except highlighting your level of critical thinking skills. Certainly you didn't expect anyone in this conversation to be ignorant enough to buy that without question, did you? What exactly did you hope to accomplish by trotting that out?
