Why have they left younger Americans in such a vulnerable situation? Covid or not, these people will start passing away in the next term or two. It kinda sucks that next generations just wake up and another one has passed and there are no real "next generation" of well known leaders in either party.

I would follow the science now that I've tested positive...

Wear a face mask now that I'm in quarantine so that I don't infect others especially those that do not know that they have any underlying medical conditions. Those entering my quarantine bubble...require all of them to wear a face mask, social distancing and wash hands after leaving the quarantine bubble...protection for them and their loved ones.

Recognize that my age (he's 70), overweight, not exercising, daily stressful situations...I'm in the high risk group.

Cancel that aggressive campaign travel schedule...lots of zoom meetings. He's an advocate of HCQ...start taking it again...walk the talk.

Apologize to my wife and say I fucked up...lets now fix this chaos and tell her it will be OK the next 14 days.

Just shows how conservative America is, on the Right and the Left. The Democratic party had good options, yet stood behind a 77 year old man who doesn't have all his mind to confront a fringe demagogue white supremacist who espouses few if any Republican values, except for pandering to those who may help him get reelected, the Bible Belt, the fringe radical right and the no-longer-so-silent racist underbelly of American culture.
 
We are talking apples and oranges. I am referring to this particular comment of yours: "After how he’s handled this virus with no remorse for people’s lives nobody deserves to die from it more than he does." What would you do better as a president to "handle this virus" on a national level? What is your best solution?

Not that I like Trump one bit ( lesser evil than american democrats though) but hope he makes it rather unscathed or this might be taken as an excuse to toughen up restrictions worldwide

Chatter all over the biotech boards saying that this is how Trump will get the vaccine before the election. They have one at JnJ that also acts as a prophylactic...if given early enough, it will over-power the virus. They will be forced to give it to him and then it will be allowed to be used on all early patients through fast track

I doubt it. The left views Trump as very beatable in the upcoming election. His replacement, Mike Pence, on the other hand is a much more smooth politician plus would get the sympathy vote.
