That's is not Trump's intent. There are election workers and officially designated poll watchers to ensure the election is fair and proper. What Trump is asking the cops to do is against the law.

Trump wants cops to gather at the polls, knowing that many minorities are scared of police and will not vote if police are present at polling stations with the intent of intimidating them. Most blacks vote for Democrats and Trump wants for them not to vote.
All of Trump's claims of election fraud are absolutely false. He continues to push these false claims and trying to intimidate those who work to oversee a fair and proper election -- including claiming that he will lock people up for long prison sentences.
