Very likely what will really happen is they buy out at least one or two giant telecom corp in USA, merger them and fire a lot of people to have it much more "effective" to earn money, and fire a lot of management people, replace all with Japanese because Japanese company just hire Japanese in any management level.

What you mistaking for capitalism is actually corporate socialism. For this "deal" to go ahead, I'm sure Trump will cut a deal with the company - tax incentives, tax breaks or some other financial kickback from the PUBLIC purse to a PRIVATE corporation.
True capitalism is the TRUE market finding its OWN way. The weak die when they can't compete and are eaten up by the strong. The strong eventually become bloated and weak and are split up to create new growth in smaller more agile providers. Then the cycle resumes once again.

I don't think what you said is closed to what is real and welcome to tell me what if USA gov sells all water, power, gas, telecom business to foreign companies. Then it is simple: The other countries controls the utilities prices in USA and all people in USA become like econ slave of other countries. The country controls the telecom in USA can suddenly increase the price like 500% and what can the citizens do? No way. Your assumption comes from no where, the deal was even banned because it is definitely giving something what cannot be gave to another country. He is trying to sell his country stuff to another country it is simple.
