That deal had existed a long time ago but did not go through due to an antitrust law blocking Sotbank from buying T-Mobile. Mr. Son (CEO Softbank) meet with Trump because he had said he is removing regulations from corps. The antitrust laws prevents monopolies. Today he is blaming the steel workers union as doing bad work and not being willing to work for $5 like they would do in Mexico. This was Trump acting like a 14 year old Internet troll. The steel workers had told the press the real number of jobs saved was 730. Not the 1,100 jobs he had lied about. I hope the do not give him the real launch codes for the nukes! This is extreme crony capitalism and tyranny. Now he is bragging about how his Tweets sent the Boeing stock rocketing down. Trump is taking us back to civil war era.

Whether you agree with his policies or not, you have to be amazed a guy like that effectively became the most powerful man on the planet. Personally, it's really is like watching Idiocracy play out in real life - except it's 4 years long, not 90 minutes.

To me it tells a lot about the American population... about half of the US voted for him. Still cannot believe it. On the other hand Hillary was not much better. Was it really impossible to find anything better than these two anywhere in the US?

USA is selling like at least 25% of the telecom business to Japan. It was banned should be because this is USA monoploy property and almost all countries would not want other countries enter.

If a Japanese owned Telecom titan creates 50,000 jobs as a result of overriding our antitrust laws and ends up displacing 50,000 or more workers from U.S. competitors than who wins? We could use a real visionary that can work with hard facts and within the law to create home grown jobs.
