Actually it wasn't. She was the National Security Advisor whose job is summarize intelligence gathering from other intelligence agencies and then to advise the president. She is not in an investigative position even though the level of her security clearance enables her to abuse her way into the role. Now that Trey Gowdy is in charge of the house committee, we will learn more and she will be pleading the fifth. Washington is a town filled with perennial liars. Were it not for Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice would top that list.

Interesting too the way that after Flynn was unmasked that Obama and company developed an immediate need to lower the classification status of it so that it would make the rounds as fast as possible.

Secondly, Susan Rice can't unmask - it's not within her powers. You are confusing REQUEST for unmasking which then has a IC procedure. It's entirely routine and happens all the time.
