Trump Knew Virus Was Deadly as He Misled Americans

To the point of this thread:

Of course Trump knew the virus was deadly and easily transmissible. We taxpayers and congress ensure the best resources are available to get the executive branch the best information in the world. Also known as the deep state.

Of course Trump lies to the American people - he is compulsive with that. He lies about everything.

What’s really messed up is Bob Woodward holding back this information to sell books when he should have released it in March when the Trump administration was dithering.

There is a form of truth in Trump’s lying so consistently just like there is a form of lying in Woodward holding back the truth to sell books.

I called out Bolton for doing the same but I didn't know about this Woodward thingy until today when it shot across my radar.

I expect there will be others releasing a book (counter-attacking), audio tapes too about Trump each time he goes low with his personal attacks.

It seems very strategic to me even though we know all politicians bullshit all the time. The problem is too many people believe the rhetoric...some even take action and that scares me even though I'm ex-military and ex-militia...maybe the fear is because I know have a family.

I like the history of the battles...I see a mini civil war coming and not a peaceful transition of power if/when Trump loses.

The biggest threat from Donald Trump being the president was always social unrest. The dumb are mostly intrigued by the drum, as a rapper once said. People follow Trump’s attitude and people react to his attitude.

I don’t think anyone actually listens to a word he says because it’s all lies and hyperbole. I actually think even his supporters understand that.

So, yes, I agree with you we are sitting on a powder keg right now.

Dems went insane when Trump closed traffic from China. Pelosi even went to Chinatown and ate a pile of noodles saying it was alright. She is the main cause of the virus spreading around the USA.

Dems went insane when Trump closed traffic from China...

Actually...

People were upset that he closed the borders to China and making a public spectacle about the closure to give an illusion he's on it from the get go while allowing thousands to still enter the U.S. if they were U.S. citizens returning back from China.

In addition, Trump was so busy with degrading / closing the window on China...

Europe with the Covid-19 walked through the front door into the U.S. that was left wide open until almost a month later (more thousands with Covid-19 enter the U.S.) Trump the door on Europe but not against U.S. citizens returning back from Europe.
  • Reminder - Trump is counting that the uneducated Americans will be enough to re-elect him.
The real question...why would Trump sit down with a famous reporter from Watergate ?

Trump lies have been so self-destructive and cost the lives of thousands of Americans when he could have done a Sweden "Lockdown Lite" back in February when he disclose to Woodward that this infection is airborne, more deadly than the flu...

All of this back in February...WOW. The economy could have been saved, thousands of lives saved, most likely avoided social unrest...easy path to re-election.

I'll never trust a business man to run America nor one that's not even a Republican (he's a reformist...Ross Perot buddy) @ https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-features/ross-perot-donald-trump-populism-857439/

I am not so sure an opinion from a Canadian has any merit talking about American politics.

In fact, I am totally sure you have no merit talking about American politics.

And it is very interesting that you are following me around on ET. In fact, it's weird.
