Calm he's leaving the at risk locked down and he'll still keep basic social distancing / hand washing lots to control the spread among the not at risk, which few will need treatment for therefore the health service can cope, therefore they'll all get it and get over it sooner, then nobody left to spread it.

He's done well, backed down a bit to public opinion but hey!!

First time and everyone hates him, normally he does shit and everyone loves him, go figure.
