You've now written something that is nonsense, and worse yet, you've falsely ascribed it to UsualName. In the process you've taken a perfectly reasonable and sound post by UsualName and paraphrased it in a way that suggests he is an idiot. If you will go back and read his posts, you will find that nowhere does UsualName suggest that Trump needs to offer up something in return for the democrats agreeing to fund his wall "because dems dont care anything about immigration reform."
Of course democrats care about immigration reform, just as republicans do. Not agreeing that 5+ billion more wall than the 750 miles or so of the wall/fence we already have will be better than addition of more modern, more cost effective, less obtrusive, alternate methods of controlling unauthorized border crossings does NOT mean that democrats don't care about immigration reform! UsualName never said that they don't, nor was there any such inference in his/her post.
