U.S. President Donald Trump told U.S. Army Sgt. La David Johnson’s widow Tuesday that “he knew what he signed up for …but when it happens it hurts anyway,” when he died serving in northwestern Africa, according to Rep. Frederica Wilson, D-Miami Gardens.

“Yes, he said it,” Wilson said. “It’s so insensitive. He should have not have said that. He shouldn’t have said it.”

Trump obsessively defers blame. Even when talking about a dead man, he does this whole his death this his own fault, not my fault. Waiting for when a widow shouts at him and he calls her a disrespectful bitch.

I get that many decided that given two bad choices, try the new one and see if that breaks the system forcing some change. Trump and Hillary should never have become the final runners in a sane world.

Trump is incompetent, a buffoon as president and a populist con-artist but that was intentional so why do the courtier in the Emperor with no clothes now? He was elected to be almost certainly impeached on purpose by the right and middle left. The possibly good of that terrible plan will be lost and the 'swamp' will grow an order of magnitude. Venezuela could be feeling bad for the US in a decade.

"But I guess it still hurt" or similar to 'a young woman with two children who is six months pregnant with a third child. She was just told he cannot have an open casket funeral which gives her all kinds of nightmares about how his body must look, how his face must look.'

Thats my thoughts too if he said something along the lines of they know what they sign up for but they do it anyways, it is terribly tragic, it sounds more like hes saying they are heros, but dont let that get in the way of a good narrative, the congresswoman in question is also a well known nut job, and i can almost guarantee no matter what Trump said she would have bitched about it, also why was she sitting in the car waiting for the call to come in, other than the fact that she was trying to politicise it?>

But no one in the media ever asks that of them.
