Two families of U.S. soldiers who lost their lives overseas said they have not heard of from President Trump in the wake of his recent claims that his predecessors did not reach out to families of slain soldiers, according to The Associated Press.
The AP reported that Sheila Murphy, who lost her son in Syria last May, has yet to hear from the president, despite writing him “some days I don’t want to live."

So, in this case he lied about Obama no calling the families of fallen soldiers. Obama did. Then he says he calls the families, but, guess what, he doesn’t.

I understand some people agree with Trump politically, but how you can defend him knowing he is a low life who just says things is beyond understanding.
Trump divides this country every time he runs into a question he is not ready for. This is why there is still a conversation about Hillary and Obama. Trump is not prepared to lead this county and that is why he brings up the past — and lies about it.
So, in this case he lied about Obama no calling the families of fallen soldiers. Obama did. Then he says he calls the families, but, guess what, he doesn’t.

Mother Of Fallen Soldier: ‘President Trump Did Disrespect My Son’

Johnson’s mother, Cowanda Jones-Johnson, told The Washington Post on Wednesday that she was in the car during the call from the White House and that “President Trump did disrespect my son and my daughter and also me and my husband.”
Jones-Johnson, speaking to The Post via Facebook Messenger, declined to elaborate.
But asked whether Wilson’s account of the conversation between Trump and the family was accurate, she replied: “Yes.”
The White House did not confirm or deny Wilson’s account on Tuesday.

Now the widow has confirmed it as well, 1 hour before Trump attacks another gold star family.
Since all the President's phone calls are recorded... let's just wait for the official transcript.
Trump says he has proof it was all fabricated. I guess we just have to wait.

Yes, we have to wait till the audit to finish.
The thing here is that even the most ardent supporters had a large pause to think today and re-group as with Trump's past, it just seems so damned believable.
The bottom line of many (including myself) is that we would not be surprised if Trump said this -- but the source has such a history of twisted statements that she is not believable. I would like to hear a recording of the call as proof - one way or another. Or an official transcript of the call transcribed by an independent party entered as a presidential record.
