But go ahead and start down that road with the subpoena. You said you want it and I have always been cheering for it. Except you said you have no idea what happens if trump pleads the fifth and executive privilege. You might want to get a clue before saying it is what you want.

I didn't ask Napolitano. Knowing what you know, even though it appears it is not much, would you do the interview with Mueller knowing what they did to Flynn?

So far he has denied it by just not doing it. That's all he owes the process. It is the governments job to go forward with whatever they want to do. Also, Trump's team has made counter-offers for written responses, limiting scope etc. So it is the government's job to say no to whatever it cannot accept then counter-offer again or just do whatever legal process allows them to do for the next step. If the government feels it has the power to compel him to do anything, then they need to serve notice/valid legal process to the defendant/target.
