Trump Adopts AAA Immigration Policy: No More Muslims

its far from clear... you might have the stronger side of the argument... but its far from clear...
and considering its rulings, what is clear is, this court is far from feeling constrained by anything written on parchment or paper.

First off. It is unconstitutional. It clearly states in the first amendment.

Second. Even if it did happen, it wouldnt help anyway. The attacks happened by people who were already here. The shooter was a US citizen. The other guy was an Army major.

Third. It ain't happening because Trump will never be President.

You know, we do a lot of back and forth here and most of it I don't take all that seriously. On this one I must agree that Trump is now just seeing how far he can go. His supporters should be required to read the Ugly American. There is being plain spoken, and then there's just being an ass. The man has become a joke and his every word now mocks our electoral process.

I agree. The sad part is that, although I don't side with the Republican view of things in most matters, Trump is drowning out the legitimate contenders. He's perverting the process, the real give-and-take. There's no thesis meets antithesis, producing synthesis.

If Trump is nominated, a Democrat victory is all but assured. Even so, the idea of playing chicken with the gods in this manner is frightening.

As an aside, Trump is now calling Clinton a liar and much of the media seems to side with him at the moment. However, Clinton never actually said that ISIS is making Trump videos for recruiting purposes, which is what Trump accused her of. The following link shows a clip of exactly what she said which is exactly true:

Fact check: The ‘King of Whoppers' for 2015 is Donald Trump
Brooks Jackson, Eugene Kiely, Lori Robertson, Robert Farley and D’Angelo Gore, FactCheck.org 8:58 a.m. EST December 22, 2015

"It’s been a banner year for political whoppers — and for one teller of tall tales in particular: Donald Trump.

"In the 12 years of FactCheck.org’s existence, we’ve never seen his match.

"He stands out not only for the sheer number of his factually false claims, but also for his brazen refusals to admit error when proven wrong.

"He is by no means the only one telling whoppers, of course. Once again this year there are plenty of politicians, in both parties, who hope voters will swallow their deceptive claims. Hillary Clinton, for one, said she was “transparent” about her use of a private email server, when in fact she wasn’t. That was one of the bogus claims she made about her unusual email arrangement while secretary of State.

"But Trump topped them all when he claimed to have seen nonexistent television coverage of “thousands and thousands” of Muslims in New Jersey cheering the collapse of the World Trade Center towers on 9/11 — and then topped himself by demanding that fact-checkers apologize for exposing his claim as fantasy. And that’s only one example.

"Here we’ve assembled, as we do every year at this time, a generous sampling of the most far-fetched, distorted or downright fallacious claims made during 2015.

"In past years, we’ve not singled out a single claim or a single person, and have left it to readers to judge which whoppers they consider most egregious.

"But this year the evidence is overwhelming and, in our judgment, conclusive. So, for the first time, we confer the title “King of Whoppers.”

White Man's Alleged Bomb Plot Against Muslims Is A Reminder That Nobody Has A Monopoly On Terror

The suspect had expressed support for Donald Trump, saying he'd "follow this MAN to the end of the world."

Police in Richmond, California, on Sunday arrested William Celli, days after receiving a tip that the 55-year-old was allegedly building homemade explosives with the intent of targeting the local Muslim community.

Shortly after the arrest, San Francisco's KPIX reported that police evacuated an area around Celli's home while the bomb squad investigated the interior. Officers removed at least one suspicious device from the property and detonated it before allowing neighbors to return to their homes. Police haven't clarified whether the object was actually an explosive, or whether it would have been ready for use if it was.

A spokesman for the Richmond Police Department confirmed to The Huffington Post that Celli was booked into Contra Costa County jail on charges of possessing an explosive device and making criminal threats.

Celli's arrest comes at a time of heightened concern in the U.S. about both homegrown and foreign terrorism. But most of the scrutiny and fear has been directed toward Muslim communities around the country -- even though white supremacists and right-wing extremists are routinely responsible for plenty of violence here.

Celli doesn't fit the profile of the "terrorist" who is likely to be invoked on cable news or on a GOP debate stage. In fact, judging by Celli's Facebook page, he seems to be the exact inverse: a disgruntled white man who has bought into the xenophobic rhetoric of people like GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump.

Earlier this month, Trump called for a temporary ban on all Muslim immigrants into the U.S., a proposal that invited widespread derision from people of all political stripes.

Nobody knows what Celli thinks of that particular talking point, but on his Facebook page, he does express admiration for the real estate mogul. In an October post, Celli called Trump a "great point man," saying that he'd "follow this MAN to the end of the world."

They all play fast and loose with the facts, and stretching the truth to the breaking point is a given in the political arena. Much as that disappoints me, that isn't even the real problem I have with Trump. The man is of low moral character and fiber. He reminds me of the street hustlers I saw in Tijuana and all over Southeast Asia. Trump is a pimp for himself and his "brand", whatever the hell that is. I don't want this knuckle head making decisions where lives are on the line, perhaps tens of thousands of lives. To be honest, I don't want Clinton making those decisions either, but for an entirely different reason. That reason would be her need to feed the PC beast over doing what's needed and doing it with full measure.

I think Clinton has more nads than any of the other contenders, on both sides. I think she would do what needs doing. She just wouldn't be gratuitous about it.

I've watched segments of Trump's various "speeches" at his rallies. The man only talks about himself and how good he is, without going into meaningful detail, and how bad and stupid everyone else is, without going into meaningful detail. And apart from building a fantastic wall with a beautiful door and quickly destroying ISIS, which he has yet to explain how he will accomplish, he goes into no detail whatsoever about anything. What, exactly, are his idiot devotees and supporters applauding?
