There were never any charges against him that were dropped. No jury has declared Zimmerman to be "innocent". The police investigation into the matter is not complete because the local police blotched the investigation so badly that their chief has been removed from office and the federal/state authorities have taken over.
A grand jury is being put together to meet in April to indict Zimmerman. This will be the first step in charges in this case.
For charges to be dropped there is no crime. Remember, "innocent until proven guilty" in a court of law. - Therefore he is INNOCENT of those charges.

Yeah, if Zimmerman's ET supporters really want to put their money where their mouths are then they would contact Zimmerman's attorney Craig Sonner and go use GoFundMe or some other site to raise money online.
In the town I live in the DA would have no problem getting an indictment.
I suspect the same will happen in this case. Also a civil trial will come out of this and zimmerman will most likely lose that one.

You are playing semantics with words again while making no point. Shortly Zimmerman will be INDICTED by a grand jury. After this he will be tried by a jury that will declare him to be GUILTY. At which point are you still going to try to claim Zimmerman is INNOCENT based on some play on definitions and wording.
P.S. - I'm a registered Republican. I believe in justice. What is your deep seated hatred that drives you in a desire to see non-criminal dark skinned people gunned down in the street with impunity?

I'm just stating that there is no evidence that Martin attacked Zimmerman first. It is much more likely, based on Zimmerman's past arrests for violence, that Zimmerman physically attacked Martin.
Since Zimmerman's statement that he was walking back to his vehicle is obviously not true based on location where the shooting occurred, it leads to the expectation that the rest of his statement is false.
Of course the 2 of you geniuses must have already known that in the vast majority of cases like this the Lawyers do the work pro bono for the free advertising it gets them due to the national publicity the case receives. Id be amazed if he ever sees a bill for this, given the fact that there were probably hundreds of lawyers chasing him down offering to do the case for free if zimmerman would allow them to represent him.
