The crazy thing is, the more I read your stuff, the lower my opinion gets. I honestly didn't think my opinion of you could get any lower, but then I never thought a human being was capable of sinking to the level you just crashed to, well, except for Lucrum, but he's his own special case.

Call number 4 is the witness who saw Trayvon on top of Zimmerman that is referenced in the article. Note that no independent witnesses saw how the confrontation started or who physically attacked first. Only Zimmerman and Trayvon (now deceased) witnessed the start of the fight.

Trayvon Martin was in a hoodie; Zimmerman was in red.
"When I got upstairs and looked down, the guy who was on top beating up the other guy, was the one laying in the grass, and I believe he was dead at that point," John said.

What is potential threat to property? That boy is walking home. Is that boy on someone property? Is that boy near someone window? Is that boy try to get in someone house. No. Why is he potential threat? You talk about freedom this country have. And you do not know really how fortunate you are. Because if you really know how fortunate you are to have freedom, you will NEVER defend the killing of this boy for nothing he do but walk on the street.
An over-zealous cop wannabe? Yeah, that seems to be a fact.
But Zimmerman and the "secret witness" both say that Zimmerman had lost sight of Martin and was walking back to his vehicle when he was ambushed by Martin and being beaten breaking his nose and lacerating his skull.
During the beating Zimmerman was able to get his weapon out and lawfully shot Martin.
When the police arrived they found Zimmerman bloodied and sporting a broken nose. The account given by the witness and Zimmerman matched and so the police made a determination that it was a lawful self-defense shooting and Zimmerman was allowed to leave with his weapon.
It sucks that this kid was killed. But the fact that Zimmerman had followed Martin inappropriately isn't relevant to the assault and subsequent shooting. Your insistence that Zimmerman be charged with murder reveals a lot about you.
