The only problem with your plan is that there is NO EVIDENCE that step 3 occurred. And the first part of step 3 is no reason for step 4 and thus self-defense is still a legal defense.

I worked up in Kansas city last year and I was excited to try out the BBQ. I guess I tried the wrong places, it wasn't too good. I did find an OK BBQ place at a little town north of there, maryville MO, it was good but not great.

So you have evidence that Zimmerman, who got out of his SUV and agressively pursued Martin and clearly was overhead on a cell phone verbally confronting Martin, did not attack Martin? Especially in view of Zimmerman's past arrests and aggressive behavior?

I would like to hear your proof that Zimmerman did not attack Martin? I expect you have none.

You appear to have an issue with logical thinking in this case.
