Trend Following-Trend Commandments

Quote from Trend Following:

Ok. I will play along. Do you have a real name?

You should be aware (hence you being a sponsor here) that it is not in a spirit of this forum to use or demand real names of it's members. I have no problem stating my name, however, it would set a bad example and go against ET traditions that you, obviously, are not aware of. Having said that if you PM me I will reply with my real name as I have nothing to hide. I do not sell or solicit anything here and the solo purpose of my posts on this forum is to expose pseudo-educators like yourself who's entire purpose is to drum up some business by selling oversimplified home-made suggestions on how to become a trader. Instead of encouraging the real education and emphasizing the complexity of this application field you sell to unsuspected souls your benign and dangerously arrogant writings filled with inaccuracies and misconceptions.

cheers,
MAESTRO

Nice speech. Real name?

As of right now you sure are hiding that.

Quote from Trend Following:

I will give you a $100 if you post your real name. You can't possibly be this obtuse in real life.

Make it $25,000 and you have a deal. I don't need the money but I know a good children's hospital that could use it.

information sh be free in the spirit of the internet, people sh not have to pay for books that are 1. expensive 2. a collection of materials that are someone elses' 3. has nothing substantial in it, 4. whereby the lazy author tries to get other posters into doing his homework by providing him ready answers 5. keep peddling same crap looking for more suckers to buy his books

I must be a lure for anonymous trolls.

Is that where you go for testosterone replacement therapy?

Seriously, I know that was a pretty unprofessional comment, but so is the garbage spewing from your and Maestro's keyboards. I know some serious CTAs, and none of them would come on ET for a cult following (with no proof of their performance) or to spar with other vendors/authors/etc.

This is a joke, along the same lines as Hershey and Prof "Hush or I'll Sue" Logic.

That has just proven again the sheer lack of your manners, absence of any tact and your abnormal arrogance so explicitly shown in all of your books.

My name is Dr. Alex Bogdan and with that I demand that in your next post you explicitly state your definition of a trend since the whole discussion has started with your inability to answer my very simple question.

So, Mr. Covel, do you accept the challenge or you are going to coward away again and hide behind your "publicly available views"?

Cheers,
MAESTRO

So you couldn't find the quant in the list of principles on the posted and highlighted link?
His name is next to his picture. Only one person on that page with the background to be a quant.
This explains a lot.

I don't follow the casts of characters, but this Hershey guy has a problem with the truth.
