Actually I'm going through a process that many many people have gone through when they are starting up services for others in various venues.

You lack some information on a process that was made avialble to you and you declined.

Green will take notes on your circumstance, condition and situation. Obviously he will want to konw where his work is going to be set forth.

Next he will have to avail himself to the services of those who will prepare the paperwork so that everyone is on board. This is an expensive process and the expenses fall to someone as yet unknown.

EOD many years ago paid me portal to portal the highest unnegotiated rate plus per diem plus expenses offered by the GAO. They maintained a GS accound for me that was not limited.

Green will explain to you there has to be a consideration for any party to a tangible undertaking. So far you have neglected to spell that out.

If I apply capital to anything whatsoever at the request of anyone all consequences that I deem involved are going to be taken care of. My most recent litigation was not civil. As CFO of the corporation I made sure the DA effort was effective. A four year jail sentence resulted.

As I say take the print to the person you think is going to help you do your phishing and get some instruction on how to behave in the future.

I have another idea.

How about some arrangement where, if a specific trade is questioned, it is verified (however- logging on to the trader's computer with gotomypc etc., with one of the ET monitors as a witness. Could be done easy and safely, unless somebody thinks that one would actually be so insane as to create a fake brokerage account with all the bells and whistles).

If the detractor is right and the trade actually WAS a fake, the trader agrees to pay him the total (nonexistent) profit claimed. If the detractor is wrong and the trade was legit, the detractor pays 1/10th of the claimed trade to the charity named by the trader.


I mean come on: if you are so sure that the trades are faked, you can not possibly be afraid, not with 10:1 risk reward, are you?

No, I just have records. One set includes the list of adult children of families where the family was able to establish life trusts for their challenged offspring.

Being 77 years old puts me in the part of life where I have had a lot of experience and I have done a lot of things.

My view is that the market's offer is the standard against which performance is measured. What is iron clad about me and those who trade and passforward their knowledge and skills is that a tangible record has been built of their contributions of time and money to build solutions to collective problems.

For generations many many people have afforded themselves the process of transference of our approach. They go through the experiential medical model to gain knowledge and skills. See one. Do one Teach one.

We have a deductively based paradigm. It is elegant to say the least. By basing it on deduction and the recommended critical thinking of great contributors in their fields, we have succeeded in achieving a paradigm and its applications to markets. The collective set of intellectual property and trade secrets has been defined and articulated. Some of it is available and most of it is not. This IPATS is not something Green and his set of experts is going to easily understand. If they do, they, as a consequence, will have to retire from the field for a long time should they even consider that avenue.

You are right on the mark. Edit: the print is just an output of a trading account, however. It is a record of a trade. I'm sure the next part of this will be to debate that it happened.

Thisis the preliminary T666 is going through.

He has the print just as he has a vast collection of materials he sifts through continually to satisfy his needs.

The print has been verified in several locations and he knows of some of the verifications. afidavits were in volved with respect to some of this.

Mr green will deploy people to check out the print. All aspects of it are verifyable to say the least.

The next step will be to qualify the arena in which this effort is being made. One small step in that process will be the quid pro quo of where Green and his expercts go through and report out the public results T666 has mistakenly proferred with respect to the parties involved. He is going as a consequence offer a public retraction.

I went through this a while back with the CEO of IBM and the CEO of Tang Industries. As I recall MLPFB had to pay a regulatory fine as a consequence of misinformation they attributed to me nationally. MLPFB, in fact, fabricated information, made it public in writing and people acted upon this fabricated misinformation. T666 is sitting in the same place and he has not as yet make his work completely public.

I think he is now asking: What print?

It is the print he has that will be looked at by Mr Green if T666 gives it to Mr Green for some purpose.
