Yes, and the M-DSPD Chief also made his officers avoid criminal reports in dealing with black male students, so the officer wrote the jewelry up as "found items" instead of what they even were. Do you actually believe they'd come out then and say they matched after seeing how the department coddled blacks? And think about this one.
