I've been 5'11 and 150lb and EVERYONE considered me
real skinny. (Very low body fat).
At 180lb after much body building, I was not huge, but
very muscular and ripped as hell. All my clothes finally
fit right. But if you go by the generic BMI scale I would
be considered overweight.
From the pic, welo has got a good amount of muscle on him,
and he does not look capable of losing 40-50lbs of just FAT
to get to that weight. He would have to drop some muscle
as well.
As for being small boned, we'll just have to ask welo.
Also.... 178lb would just put welo into the upper end
of the normal weight range for his height.
