Back to Low carb....
PLEASE!
I worked out like a fiend this morning but i do have a big weakness for coffee...I cannot give up coffee in the morning but caffeine is very bad if you are going low carb because is spurs the production of insulin....
Big problem i really have is that I have almost NEVER been a breakfast person....I just don;t like to eat in the morning..never have...I know , i know, its the most important meal blah blah blah...but i just don't feel like eating...the problem: from working out at 6 am i get famished by 10:30 and then im ready to eat a side of beef at 11:30...also, form lifting you get insatiable appetite...even if i eat at 12:00 by 2:30 i could eat again....anyone else going through that???
