1 pound of fat = 3500 calories
10 pounds of fat = 35000 calories.
to lose 10 pounds of fat in 5 days, you'd need to have an average defecit of 7000 calories per day.
let's say you ate NOTHING each of the 5 days. you would then need to run ~56 miles each of the 5 days to achieve these results.
