i'm trying to take tony robbins' idea and eat "water rich foods", which means mostly veggies/fruits since it's healthiest....
cutting my protein down a lot, and switching from white to brown rice, and all that... i wish we didn't have to watch our diets..
i like a lot of junk food, barbequed meat and chips and ice cream etc..
ah well, it's the tradeoff... I know people from japan have much longer lifespans, mostly cardio-related things like more fish, rice, less fatty stuff..
it's not easy to do, switching to 95% only healthy food.
ideas on how to resist temptation? I like grilled shrimp, lobster in melted butter, heineken by the beach here in waikiki, all of that.. it's great!
eating tofu, is not.
