I got at Drunk Driving School: 70% of the licky in this country is consumed by 10% of the pop which translates that if a juicer goes out with 9 normal people and there are 10 beers avlb - the normal people share 3 and the juicer gets 7. Think that's the way they put it.

I thought it was 10 normal people and 9 beers avlb, but I may be wrong.
