Hmm....he specifies a "panic low" somewhere from Nov. 5-16, which has confluence with tonight's full moon.

A change in direction soon?

BTW, I'll point out that astrologers and other purveyors of the paranormal experienced a nice increase in business during the Great Depression, as people looked for answers to their misery.

One last aside....intuitively, it seems to me more likely that the moon's phases could have an effect on mass human psychology than astrology, since the moon has actual physical manifestations of it's affect on the earth (tides).
 
But my glass of water doesn't fluctuate.

Why should any fluids in my body?

And again, how should fluids affect emotions when emotions are chemically based? I can drink gallons of water when I trade, I see no difference in my moods.

Astrology just plays on people's uncertainties.
It's based on the humanly decided, arbitrary lines and divisions of the constellations. (zodiac)
And then arbitrarily connected to mythology which is also arbitrary itself. Then the only science involved is geometry which relates the position of the stars and planets to your time and place of birth.

What a swindle if people pay money for this "insight"

I'll also be looking for a change to optimism between today to Monday. That doesn't mean jump long without looking at price. It means looking for a technical reversal with a stop and letting it run.

If PA cycles are down the best the moon will do is give a 1-3 day reversal. The Dow is on the verge of rolling over so immediate upside action is needed or we will test 6300.

So how does the moon work? It gives me a head's up that irrespective of the markets condition, I will look for a reversal that could become a major event.

For me it's a timing tool; an interesting and fun tool. And I love the controversy it provokes especially from those who make up their minds without examining the facts.

The Low of this crash of course was just another coincidence.

Dude, that's exactly what you're doing. Making up your mind, regardless of the fact that the moon has no effect on people.

It just so happens that reversals are spaced out long enough that another series of stages (the moon) has an interval that that may sometimes resemble the natural pulse of the market. And even, it doesn't resemble it, reversals can happen at any time, or not happen for weeks and weeks.

Your facts are simply fantasy.

It doesn't surprise me though that the market provokes such superstition.

Meanwhile, back in the real world, nice reversal on the 5 min chart as I look at the moon. Triggered 8085 Dow.
