Looks like TT needs a more robust server monitoring plan. Based on their root cause analysis, the cause of the problem was over use of system resources from multiple services running on the same box. You would think there would be monitoring in place to identify this before the services crash.TT issued an update on the August 13th problem. (TT also had an order problem on the 2nd.) I was using their order routing on both days.
