it is unfortunate that he lost a lot of money but over a long enough trading career such things do happen. best to learn and move on. multiple brokers in this case. if you lose 50k on a trade you can afford a secondary broker. im not defending tt here as i've had some mishaps myself but if u consider the entire 14yrs i have used it , tt has been a great platform. i hear good things about stellar too.. have you had a go there.
