Failure can definitely affect one's health and not just mentally. Although this is the avenue into the body.
It takes a lot to overcome systemic failure. One has to turn the outcomes around before one gets too weak and dispirited imho

I agree, anything that's over the counter...can't be That good or effective
I tried Horny Goat Weed in the past...it had rather average performance; while Viagra kind of woked me up...even without much arousal.

My husband has ED. He hasn't tried Horny Goat Weed, but he uses generic viagra and it works for him. Frankly speaking, I haven't heard about HGW (he has been recently diagnosed), but thanks for sharing your experience, I'll check it out!
