Sorry.. destroyed every item I can lift a long time ago.. Everything around me is padded now..
 
A while back I switched from NQ to ES. I was always watching ES anyway. Made trading easier for me. I do better the less I try to compute in my brain so now all I watch is one instrument and it's working for me at least.

Our injuries are self inflicted... IF a trader can honestly tell me all his trades were rule based, day in, day out such a trader can handle ES or NQ no problem.
 
Both, and since the point value is more I find my self going for larger profit targets, this is probably the main reason I'm doing better on the ES. Also it seemed for me I can find the S/R areas better with the ES. Probably all in my head but it's working so I'll stick with it. Also AMT4SWA talk about cumulative delta has been the most helpful.
 
Out of curiosity, when you have 20 trades and cumulative profit of $193, that includes commissions?

If so, what platform are you using and what are the commissions per trade?

All the numbers are after commissions, I pay 4.75 RT with mirus and ninjatrader.
