Silly day for me, 2 small trades today both losers. Losses were small but the opportunity cost was big today. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Very disappointed in myself today. Went against what I know. I kept selling against the trend, being fooled by minor flips and volume divergences, both of which I know better than to trust. I also had a mind set today and I know that is most always bad. -10 for day.

I need a beer and a kick in the ass.

I had a not so good day today either. Long @ 2306 around 10:00, but stopped @04. since then, the market had the run and i hesitated to get aboard
