The very root for me is crowd behave, as it is clearly can be seen also in this my thread. Saddly humans are not all spiritually mature beings, someone just first time reincarnating been previously maybe cats, that's why keep speaking about cats and posting all sorts of photos.
But the truth, bone sense is one and can be senaeted by everyone one through the heart together with clear reasoning. This was lacked for many on my story.
From Xela I received a very supportive PM with nice trading advice and some memories that marketing builded avatar can not have.

Lot of bullshit wannabee lawyers throwing support to CES's logorrhea descriptions of his case but as someone with legal and securities background let me add my 2 cents.

No bank steps in on a home unless there was a mortgage so the fact that the house was mortgaged as security for trading is clear. Cannot foreclose unless.money is late or owed...even in Bahamas.

U.S. has absolutely no subject matter jurisdiction over this and I could get a 1L to explain it after 2 weeks of civil pro.

Federal reserve does not regulate investment banks...the idea that the Fed would give a shit is laughable.

There is no connection to the U.S. whatsoever. A petition??? USB has an entire empty bucket of the fucks given over a petition or website. Just reading the long winded unclear descriptions of the facts and lack of any clear response to simple questions shows how most of you are being taken for a ride.

No one here can give you a more honest legal evaluation of the logorhhea here and no lawyer in the USA would touch a case of a person mortgaging their house to trade and losing money (trading ETFs...really?).

Plain truth. The fact you are going after a bank with a petition shows the status of your case. ET....what has happened to you...

Look at our story - we are fighting for the all traders rights to be respected by those institutional giants hiding in offshore jurisdictions and still some persons are not appreciate, most of them. Why? First because they are just persons, they don" t know who they are yet, they are associating thselves with the labels society glued to them, while easing their egos.

I read everything you posted and nothing you write (the decipherable parts) leads to the conclusion other than you mortgaged your house to the bank and they foreclosed. The reasons why are not relevant because a debt has to be due and past due which gives the bank the right to accelerate the debt. A bank cannot accelerate the debt under a mortgage unless there is a default. That is the only way a court will allow a forced foreclosure in those circumstances.

Simple repeating the bullshit that others have no knowledge or under zero profit does not change the facts. In fact I can go out and find a poor person who has never traded and read him the facts and he will determine the same thing.

Either live in the fantasy world that anons signing a petition is going to bring you justice for the world or wake up and realize you played the game and lost big time. Putting your house in the hands of the investment bank for collateral was the first bad trade.

Rather than provide any detailed legal basis for your claim you sound like a fortune cookie talking about world justice. All the people here who are gullible to believe this I feel a little sorry for because the legal advice that has been offered is below the level of most 1L's knowledge.
