It may be extremely hard to fight. I would contact the NY Attorney General. The AG will go after large banks if they feel they can recoup a large fine.
Thank you. Yes, it is already extremely hard but somehow we resited all those years and we are much close now then it was in 2009, 2015.It may be extremely hard to fight. I would contact the NY Attorney General. The AG will go after large banks if they feel they can recoup a large fine.
Yes, but once transactions have take place in USA, so it is under USA law, correct?
Thank you. We are Italian citizens with permanent residence here Trades were originated in the Bahamas but supposedly processed on NYSE. because we do believe they never send it.No. You (a Bahamas citizen) and UBS Bahamas (your broker, in Bahamas) entered into a contract (in Bahamas), and you are alleging that UBS Bahamas has violated the contract in processing your trades (made in Bahamas). It has nothing to do with US laws. Your civil district court has sole subject matter jurisdiction.
Thank you. We are Italian citizens with permanent residence here Trades were originated in the Bahamas but supposedly processed on NYSE. because we do believe they never send it.
Please, help me to understand - AG of NYC still can be the way to try, correct?
The problem would be for an American lawyer to assist because there is Commonwealth, so Bahamian law under the UK. yes? Still, if we can meet someone who can review our pleadings, give ideas etc, would be very nice. everyone here media me compliments after appearing before the Privy Council, but still, to have a lawyer able to articulate properly ur case and argue before a judge would be great. My husband is preparing all the pleadings, someone n ULK reviewing it time to time but not always.
Brrr. I am not wasting time here and my husband is in libraries for the last two years everyday, this is how our pleedins made, we have obtained Leave to Appeal and now heading towards case management conferance in the cross-action.You would be better off spending your time at your local library reading up on district court civil procedures, rules of evidence and principles of contract law etc. Again, your case has got nothing to do with the US.
Btw, if UBS never sent any trades, how could NYSE process them? And no, it doesn't matter if UBS did send them. Stop wasting time here. Go to your local library and ask the librarian for help in locating books on legal proceedings and contract law.
Thank you so much, dear Wonderland! I will post below pour last updates, but Thank you! I am just wondered why not all of the people are moved by the same call? Yo are joining our brave first five supporters, here on ET! Thank you! Together we will win!
This post made by Jharmon for some reason escaped from my attention but is better to be answered here, in this threaded.I don't understand why a 400K loss on a 3.9M property causes any real issue, unless you had no equity to begin with? Even if you had no actual income, any bank would see that level of equity in a property very favourably and provide a mortgage against that, and pay out your existing loan facility.
