Thank you, I've found on Wikipedia something. this is the honor. But still - we need support, not kidding, humor is welcome, sarcasm is disruptive.
I haven't the time to go through everything, but it seems that despite incompetent representation by OP's counsel, the case has overcome procedural hurdles, and will eventually be set for trial on the merits.
OP has stated somewhere that the family "was roofless". However, since UBS has not proceeded further with the possession order, the claim raised a question mark.
I have never been a fan of banks, be they in New York, London, or the Bahamas. UBS has a history of criminal conduct (e.g. UBS fined 545 million dollars), and so I'm willing to give OP the benefit of the doubt whenever possible. Assuming OP's story is substantially true, I'm not optimistic about the outcome in light of OP's incompetent counsel, and OP's decision making record (family size, picking UBS, trading with borrowed money in the Bahamas etc).

-UBS took the possesuon, dispite the fact that such orders are thought in jurisprudence as preventive in order to avoid possibility the security to be sold by alleged debtor before the end of the hearing. So their move is only to harasss us
2. Yes, we will havec soon first casemanagement conferance in the Supreme court.But our application in the Court of Appeal for hopefully seraside thecpossesiin ordee, is not heard.
Why do you think our success is compromissed?
The facts and law are on our side. Yes, there is grand need for scilledcattorney ready to work on contingency base, competent and to whom we can trust. Still, the rappresentation in person in 2018 is not hopwless and much wellcomed by legal establushment. Judges are tied as we are to have incompetent intermediaries.

(1) Are you still living on the property?
(2) Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence can be very tricky when applied to a particular case. If your counsel is incompetent, he may screw up on a lot of procedural and evidentiary issues and lose a strong case. You may not be allowed to go back and fix attorney screw-ups time and time again. Otherwise the court will never be able to timely resolve any dispute.

1) Not only we were violently and unlawfully evicted from the propriety of 10 years in just 2 hours, but we were denied to access, as it was promised, next day. We were blackmailed to sign the deed of release as the condition to have access to our belongings and pets. That's how I finally landed on ET - looking for help, support and advise, convinced that moto "trader help trader" is true and that our story is a white-collar plain crime and abuse of justice
2) Certainly, and it is for procedural error that we finished up in Privy Council UK, which was a very good event.
And even if UK law is not so formal as we learning it is in the USA, we would be so lucky to meet and have at our side professional honest attorney, devoted to the justice and rights of individual traders, who would agree to carry work on contingency base. It did not happenned yet. And for making you an illustration - since 2009 we did not meet a single attorney ready to bring forward our case against Credit Suisse, where only in fees we were charged astronomic amount, which amount to the simple robbery. With UBS is even more dangerous, you should comprehend island mentality and will to survive of the local people by staying together, against foreigners. Slowly it is changing towards us, many years here and the thirst for justice is inner for many people. Still, against us, homeless and no funds we are having one of the most powerful law firms of the country(it was also Madoff's office here), the liquidator is ex-attorney general, UBS' manager who trapped us in this "deal" is from one of the most prominent families here. Plus a good bunch of sharks, who used already many times to scarry investors with some outrageous illegal assault and people would just give up and be walking without a penny - the old pirate mentality.
In the end, it is important to know that UBS' has no defense to our claim. We will file today our application for a Summary judgment against them. Please, see attached a brief extract from it- more than 80% of our claims are not traversed or simply denied.

No lawyers in the US can help you from here, even if they are licensed to practice law in the Bahamas, unfortunately.

Will you, please, explaine, why USA lawyer can not help us? All transaction with securities took place on NYSE and apparently USA laws have been viokated. And if somebody is. Icensed in the Bahamas, will be even more easy to attack UBS on both sides.
US laws apply to the US, not the Bahamas.
Yes, but once transactions have take place in USA, so it is under USA law, correct?
