It is one month later, with more experience on ET, that I am here to bring our big thanks to Murray Turtle, who first signed our petition and with his real name, also to Comagnum, who gave us our first like together with Murray and also signed the petition. To Van_der_Voort_4, who in his post #56 graciously defended me from an offensive post [which I believe is banished since then] and took part in suggesting to me, following Murray's indication, to write to the authorities and UBS' high management and even took his time to provide me with all the details in his post #70. I am thankful to Vanzandt for being so supportive and taking his time to review our story and making his summary of it, which was very close to the reality of facts. I am thankful to Slartibartfast, who changed his mind, as only intelligent and courageous people can do, [no wonder when I later learned some fragments of his story] and also signed the petition and gave his time and supportive suggestions.

I am thankful to this Promised Land of ET where finally I have landed, and hope that the rest of the family will show up soon. It was our deep belief that we can communicate only when we will be successful, that to share our misfortune and struggle would be only to carry our problems out, while we must deal with it first. But thanks to UBS' horrible threat we came to ET before!
One month ago, I was terrified of new UBS' blackmail to move out our belongings and cats. And hoped with thousands of signatures to stop it, since every time when somebody signs it, it is going straight to their inbox and warning them that there is someone who is watching what they are up to. I still hope to get more signatures which will be an alarm bell for them to stop to hide behind lies and technicalities and finally go to the judges. Well, with our barely 70 signatures at that time, it did not work out this way.
But it gives me much more - I am here, delighted and stronger, absolutely amazed to discover this world and so much inspiring information and so many useful insights! Thank you all! I am also thankful for the barking heads and I guess that if I was putting fewer zeros in our story I might have found more comprehension or at least less aggressivity. Someone is certainly allergic to the Russian-Yiddish heavy accent.
Well, in this life I was born with very tiny or, better, without any financial wealth and after ten years among the wealthiest persons of the world, I slowly but constantly was given confirmation that my naive belief [which was born when we made 10 mln in 3 years], that those who are born in old families or made millions before us are in some way closer to the G-d's or Universal truth.. well, I am returning now to the real world and I do believe that those destined to grow financially and spiritually will have some advantage by reading our story, our devotion to the trading and justice. To the rest, I cannot help.
As for us - we did write a letter to UBS, and as before, zero answers, UBS carried out the blackmail threat. Please, take a look at our latest news on the website. And since 2009 we tried to contact SEC, which for our understanding overlooking all operation with ETFs. They replied to us that once it all was in the Bahamas, we must contact SEC Bahamas. We did it to no avail, calls are not answered, as well as emails, even a meeting has no promised followings.
The Court of Appeal still silent - not giving us a date, and the Privy Council [https://www.jcpc.uk/about/role-of-the-jcpc.html] is not moving. We had little, but a very important hearing at the Supreme Court - very first in our cross-action. The Judgment will be delivered on May 29, will say about it after then.
