Trading Challenge Phoenix vs RCG nov 2012

Quote from Tsing Tao:

He's not trading lots, I'm sure of it. There's nothing wrong with that, though. This "contest" should not be about who has more money than who. That's just a silly pissing contest, or a dick measuring one. Who gives a rats ass?

It should be about who can profitably trade - whatever vehicle of choosing in the rule set.

Yeah, normally i dont give a crap, normally i wouldnt have pointed that out, but when a guy like RCG has the hubris to insult me, about trading, and pretend he knows what he is doing, then tell me he is better than me at it, i feel the need to point out the fact that he cant even trade full lots on his account, while i have been making a full time living of trading for a decade, and i built my nut from nothing, but trading by itself.

Quote from Tsing Tao:

If you're "risking" 96% of your net worth in a silly internet contest, then you are a complete fool.
Perhaps but :
My returns are my returns, anything else is just an effort to create a fiction and game the illusion of one's trading competence.

I assure you I'm not treating it as a *game but only a measurement of my returns.

*What point would that prove?

Quote from PHOENIX TRADING:

For what, you running away again failing to disclose your starting equity amount.

btw : Since you give the illusion of stepping up there big boy.
How much of your net worth are you risking.

(I'm at about 96%)

Do not try to change the subject now, PT. You agreed to percent gain, even tho I warned you away. Now your fellow wingers are here to try to bail you out. ( None of them would dare to start a journal, tho, so I will at least give you that) :)

I am magnanimous however. Total pips, perhaps?

Start your journal.:)

Otherwise you are just yammering.

Don't call him foolish now, Tsing, call him foolish on New Year's Day.:D

1) That's never been my point , but without knowing my starting equity value how would you derive my return?
1b) I'll go ahead and cede that rcg is a much bigger dick than I am.

2) rcg can pick whatever he wishes.

satisfied lil ting?

No, I am not trading lots. I never will. I trade a precise percentage of the equity that I have in an account. Easy to do.:)

If you are getting ready to buy your own private plane by years end based on your holy grail, shouldnt you have enough in the account by now to afford a full lot?

1) How is asking you what percent of your net worth you plan to put at risk , changing the subject?
Myself I propose periodic measurements for example : 1 month , 1 quarter, best quarter, 6 months and 13 months.

2) Yes I did, and unlike you I'm a man of my word: that hasn't and won't change.

3) "magnanimous ' eh? Good to see you browsing the online thesaurus.

As I've stated before, my only goal has been to get you to step up and put your big boy pants on documenting your trading.

Perhaps you will win , perhaps you won't : that's why they call it a contest & a challenge.

Trust me I won't feel too bad if you peter out at 30 days, I mean like I've said before the market offers no "affirmative action bonus".
