Do a screen capture. There are many ways of doing that. MWsnap3 is the one I use. At the bottom of every reply screen in browse button. Click that, locate the capture in whatever folder you sent it to. You can stop there. But if you'd like to show the capture in the post. As opposed to just having the attachment.
Click on the attachment, copy the url of the screen that come up. Go to edit post.
(you only have 30 min) Type in the reply area: "img paste the url you just copied here /img" then submit reply.

Both "img" have brackets around them [ ].

( If I post the brackets around them in this post they won't show up.)

There is a much easier way to do this too, just hold down control then hit print screen (right above your right number pad)

Then open something as simple as ms paint, and hit paste.
