Well, before you make the filing in court, be sure to pull all your money out of your account when you are able. Because once they catch wind of it, they will make your money's life hell, hold it hostage even more so than they are doing now through their incompetence/unwillingness.

Have any new brokers lined-up to take your business to?
 
I just got a call after hours from their Treasury dept. She said that she will handle the wire first thing in the morning and asked me to remove my Tweet. I told her that I would not, that the call is recorded, and that I am sending the audio file to the CFTC.

First thing in the morning. On what is possibly the biggest market-moving event of the year for FOPs at 0830 hours ET, BEFORE their "first-thing-in-the-morning", which is prolly 9 AM ET. That is rich.

Well, it seems that only their entry level staff actually have to work... everyone else appears to get "Unlimited Paid Time Off". So, you know, maybe Fed rate increases haven't trickled through to them yet.

Don't even touch Tradestation with a stick. I wired a very small amount to see how they behave before sending any proper funds and they made it a hell of a nightmare, up to a point that they asked me to take a picture of me holding my passport to verify my identity. I gave up. A hundred quid gone with these wankers. Not something yo cry about. Also they are very heavy linked on Windows platforms, that's software from the past my dudes.
