Stating you are an attorney fills a big piece of the puzzle. Conclusions about the ES puts at 2890, or so, and the posting style reveals much to a pattern recognition expert of my level. If you really are an attorney then you clearly know you have been tortuous and should know that winning options are for skilled traders.

Stating that I can sue if wronged is not a threat, it is my right under the constitution. You know if any favoritism is displayed here he possibly opens himself to personal litigation. As for the third guy, still a maybe. I have to research his/her post and determine if this slant was an exception for him or the rule. If it was the rule, provoking, then a third party is involved. Operating two accounts, which I deny, is a violation of ET law and do not think it is a crime or tortuous matter. Knowledge deficiency i no excuse in the law. With WIFI, other legitimate accounts could tap in to my system. Same IP address but a legimate account as per ET. But like you stated above, " What TraderEX knows about law couldn't fill a sperm." Anyone involved in this matter, and guilty, should post a public apology in this thread. A mitigation of damages will be the result to my understanding. Claiming you know nothing about this statement is going to be a rough one.
