A word to the wise...

When I sued my wife, my neighbor, and my cousin, I was a pro se attorney destined to be unsuccessful. I can fill out a summons with complaint in minutes, and file with fees waived, en pauperis, in Federal district court and the defendants need to answer in my jurisdiction.
They didn't know how to answer my complaint and had to retain expensive counsel. The complaints were thrown out of court because the elements listed to be accepted were not included. Three lawyers made all that money. I could have been sued for those fees in civil court but they all knew that I was "un attachable". Even if they won in civil court, which they have, no assets to attach, just more legal expenses. Lucky I put anything I owned into my children's name.
Anyone wishing to come to NYC, Queens County to be exact, should violate these rules. I look forward to meeting anyone face to face. NY'ers do not hide behind computer screen anonymity.
