One thing I know for sure ... you must speak to an experienced lawyer about this who can advise you about your specific situation. The information you get on ET will prove to be next to worthless in comparison.

It doesnt, it just ticks people off. Anyway, read my post. Find a good lawyer and get it expunged if at all possible. If you can not get it expunged your not going to get hired at a firm where you have to have any sort of securities license.
