Overnight IDCC gapped up huge in after market, but pulled back on open this morning. I had a stop set too close and got taken out for an unnecessary $2500 loss. Oh well, live and learn - don't hold overnights on news even though the news had been rumored all day.

After not trading yesterday, I woke up early and was at it in no time. Good day and since I had no open positions from the night before, no smoking today. Traded all day except for 2 hours when I was playing with my sons. Solid gains without much risk. I wanted to bring it up to 6K but did not want to have overnight positions so I let it go. Final verdict 5.7K. Happy with the results (how could I not be?).
