Very happy with my professionalism. Did not let one trade destroy emotional stability. I was able to chop away all day long. I never got "stuck". I changed one window on my trading station. I normally have the executed orders window showing on my desktop. Today I decided this was keeping me stuck in the past because I would analyze every trade instead of staying in the present.

Big start to the week, lol

didn't trade, hence the detailed blotter showing just the two tiny executions

too tired from Vegas.

SDC - what you wrote about changing what you look at on your screens was excellent. For me its the p&l that seems to psych me out, I need to also disregard that because its in the past.... great post.

Didn't post all last week as I didn't really trade - traded all of a half hour on Monday and Tuesday and took the rest of the week off. Needed to get away (mentally) for a bit to recharge. Back to my normal size this week and a great start. Still had a sloppy exit near the end of the day on tank down that cost me about 15k.
Still very good way to start the week!

Had more than double this, gave back a bunch on two trades that I thought were solid. apparently not.

Money management rules are keeping me from continuing. When you are hot in the morning and then turn cold its best to leave the tables with a solid chunk rather than get back to nothing.
