Feel like I aged 20 years today.

A convulsive day here...
In the last hour I was short 300 Rimm, put an order to close the position in the profit and....wow...the market is moving lower than my order...I cancel the order and closed the position at market.....wow wow wow f@#ing unbelievable....the position summary show 230 loss....I lost my mind and call my firm....all they said was that is technology, latency, blah blah blah and I have to eat the loss.
Pissed off, short Google and in 30 seconds I made 230 back....
I'm still pissed off that I didn't lose the money in the market but on a technology scam...
