And Oraclewizard I am using T4, but I just use the web based platform so all I use it for is the actual entries. I use some free charts I found online for the charting.
1) ?......your average dollar-loss on losing trades AND average holding period of losses is "small". When you get into trades, do you feel massive stress while hoping that the market moves your way so you can adjust your protective stop-order to break-even or better?
2) Do you feel "constrained" trading crude oil with the $30,000 account?
3) Can you increase your trading frequency to make faster progress towards the profit-number?
A lot of my losses have been errors on the order ticket and I have closed the position out almost immediately after which explains the small number and time frame in the trade. I also have set a few stop losses way too small initially. I fixed that today.
30,000 doesn't make me feel constrained BUT a $500 loss limit is a little tight an can affect me when if I get close like yesterday.
I work a full time job while trading lol so I can't watch the screen all day, but I have been working on finding more setups. I learned some new techniques lastnight that I tried for the first time today and hopefully will be able to use them more effectively tomorrow. Focusing on execution! I was ahead of schedule on profit requirement but had a few losses yesterday that pushed me back a little. 6 days left so we will see how it goes. Today was my 4th day trading CL ever lmao

Well I officially have ruined my chances of funding. I broke the loss limit by accident today. I entered a stop wrong and didn't figure up the right amount of space until I hit my max loss for the day. So I broke through that max loss. I believe that means I am no longer able to be funded or get a refund. Owell I guess. Looks like I am going to have to wait awhile. Worst of all, the position was spot on, I just bought a little early. The system closed the position for me after it broke through that limit, then a few seconds later price took off.
