I certainly could have been, Charles Rangle for example, but no I was referring to the voters who don't pay income taxes.

Yeah, for voters not paying any income tax and of course congressional tax cheats, of which there are many, and then there is the secretary of the treasury...

For those of us already paying income taxes, we're MORE than paying our fair share now.
