We are in extreme over bought territory. But market tops are very complex and could stay in overbought zone for extended durations.

Since my timing to enter the market has been very accurate, I will NOT hesitate to liquidate my positions and lock in profits on a strong positive day.

The markets seem to have experienced the phenomenon of Sector Rotation without having really lost any market breadth. Money Flow still seems to be inward.

We will soon get into over bought territory. But market tops are very complex and could stay in overbought zone for extended durations.

Why you are Trading ETFs. What advantages do you see compared to futures?

Hey everBoB!

Thanks for your question.

I trade equity stocks as well. I use ETFs for my more conservative account.

I strongly believe that one cannot gain expertise on a lot of fronts, I don't feel confident to trade futures....it is just not my thing.

I know what I am good at and focus on getting better at it. I also make sure not to change what works.

We would love to hear more about your trading style???

I define a downleg as a few days of selling, last seen in August.

We've been running up for two months without any serious pullback. Just a few days ago, you gave a cautiously sell recommendation, now you're giving a cautiously buy recommendation.

This economy is not out of the woods yet and the market is extremely vulnerable to a serious sell off. Watch for a sell the news event after the elections.
