Tell us how that pretext could be a legitimate reason?
If you actually thought about it, instead just having an amoebe like reflex you would realize, an honest prosecutor would have never filed that case, at that time. Every experienced prosecutor would know before they filed any defendants who showed up to defend themselves would of course seek the very discovery they use as their pretext for dropping the case.
In fact the defendants showed because they knew the prosecutors case was bullshit and they could force them to withdraw.

So now you're arguing against yourself. You first expressed outrage because the the prosecutors withdrew, now you claim there never should have been a prosecution. Huh???
If the case is "bull shit" as you've characterized it (it isn't) why were you outraged when it was dropped?

The Trump campaign pulls out the poll watchers portion in a Pennsylvania lawsuit. This was there effort to get 680,000 Americans votes thrown in the trash because the Trump campaign is made up of scumbags.
They tossed it because, as has been explained to you right wingers, a courtroom is not a forum or twitter. Bringing baseless claims before a court will get you smacked.
