Tired of unavailable shorts at IB

from what I understand we are very close to closing a deal and finishing up the programming which will increase our short list dramatically.
 
There is a pretty intensive campaign against shorting these days, lousy compnies want to blame shorts for their falling share prices.....KKD crashed, yeah "it's the shorts......"

Any updates on the shorting deals...

Just curious since I'm almost finished with a new trading model that will be trading many small-mid cap stocks short when it generates shorts trades.

I guess I should be looking for a broker in the next few months and I actually prefer the Ib's TWS.

It looks like the deals at Ib are complete but not noticeable....

Guess I will try etrade and IB and compare them.

Again speed not as important as not daytrading...

the deal with the bank brought in an additional 500 names plus increased inventory. We're talking to another trust and if that goes through we'll get a larger increase in names
