Tinnitus

A constant ringing in the ear. I've had it for 5 years now and have found little relief. I've done all that's suggested, regular exercise, limited salt and caffeine. Blood pressure is fine. Just wondering if anyone has found one of the many voodoo, aka natural, remedies which has worked for them.
One thing that helps me get to sleep is the sound of running water. Knocks out about 80% of the ringing. This website has plenty of sounds to record/play. Some work better than others. http://www.freesound.org/tagsViewSingle.php?id=291

My blood pressure is 124/82. That ain't high. Cholesterol is 144. High blood pressure can be a cause, but not in all cases.

You might want to try the Epley maneuver. However, it should be done under the supervision of a neurologist or ENT specialist.

I have had it for about 3 years now. The result of shooting guns without adequate ear protetion and riding motorcycles without same.
