It's pretty easy to kill alot of people, before getting noticed.
Could be with a gun, knife, or any other tool or even with your own hands.
(i don't want to sound psycho or anything -- just saying)
These type of killings will never go away, regardless of what laws are enacted or other technologies that are underway.
you gotta give somebody a reason to live, without that they may take as many as they can with them, or explain to them that God doesn't want them to do that, but it's ok if you are fighting for the right side
